Why Start a Blog?
Since founding Momentum Apps in 2023, I’ve learned that building great software is only part of the equation. The other part is building trust with the communities we serve. This blog is our way of being transparent about our process, sharing what we’ve learned, and hopefully providing value to fellow developers, veterans transitioning into tech, and anyone interested in building software with purpose.

Drawing from my military background, I’ll share how military values like discipline, attention to detail, and mission focus translate into building better software. Whether it’s the importance of clear documentation (like good military orders) or building reliable systems that people depend on, there are surprising parallels between military service and software development.
